I compared two PDF files and now I need a detailed summary of what has changed between each one so I can send it out for review. Is this possible?

Afer running the Compare command (found in Acrobat Pro. only), if you open the Comment pane, you'll see Compare annotations in the Comments List panel. Since, all the changes are marked using these Compare annotations, you can create summary sheet by selecting Create Comments Summary from the Options dropdown menu.
